Who We Are

Ravers R Us is a live events brand based in San Diego, California. We organize electronic music events across San Diego, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. Contact: funclub@raversrus.com

What Data We Collect

Fun Club signups: Name, email address, and optional birthday. Used to send event announcements, early ticket access, and birthday surprises.

Vibe Match Quiz: Name, email, and quiz answers (music taste, energy, vibe, city). Used to match you with events and send your results.

Shoutboard posts: Name and message content. Displayed publicly on the site.

Photo submissions: Name, email, photo link, and caption. Used to feature community photos in our gallery.

"I'm Going" clicks: Event name and timestamp. No personal data collected.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic. This collects anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, and device type. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google.

How We Use Your Data

We use your information to:

- Send event announcements and early ticket access (Fun Club)
- Deliver quiz results and event recommendations
- Display community messages on The Wall
- Feature submitted photos in our gallery
- Improve the site experience based on analytics

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Email Communications

By joining the Fun Club or taking the Vibe Match Quiz, you agree to receive emails from Ravers R Us. These include event announcements, pre-event reminders, and occasional drops.

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any email or contacting funclub@raversrus.com.

Cookies & Tracking

This site uses:

- Google Analytics 4 (anonymized traffic data)
- localStorage (remembering your preferences like "I'm Going" commitments and Fun Club membership)
- sessionStorage (temporary UI state like preloader and popup dismissal)

No third-party advertising cookies are used.

Event Ticket Purchases

Ticket sales are handled by third-party platforms (e.g., Plots Events). When you click "Get Tickets" or "RSVP," you leave raversrus.com and are subject to that platform's terms and privacy policy. We do not process payments or store payment information.

Event Policies

- Age: Events are 18+ or 21+ as specified on each event listing. Valid photo ID is required.
- Refunds: Ticket refund policies are set by the ticketing platform. Generally, tickets are non-refundable but transferable.
- Safety: All events have trained security, well-lit entry/exit points, and free water stations.
- Code of conduct: No harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity. Anyone violating this policy will be removed.

Your Rights

You can request to view, update, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing funclub@raversrus.com. We'll process your request within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
